Every enquiry here is read by a principal. If the timing or the fit is wrong, we would rather tell you that than book a call to say it.
What to put in the first message
- The restaurant, bar, hotel or brand, and the market it is in
- The date — an opening, a relaunch, a product drop, an awards deadline
- What you have already tried, and what did not work
- Whether you are after a launch push, a retained press office, or a single project
- A budget range, even a rough one. It saves a round of guessing on both sides.

What happens next
Your message goes to a principal, not a shared inbox rota. If the fit is right, the first reply will usually contain a question about your date, because the date decides what is still available. Long-lead titles close months out and a review window cannot be moved.
If we are not the right firm — wrong category, wrong market, or a timeline we cannot serve properly — we will say so plainly.
Where we work
Wolf 38 is based in Nashville and works across Tennessee and the wider Southern market, with national press relationships behind it. There is more on hospitality PR and on food and drink PR, or you can read about the people who would run your account.
