Travel and Tourism PR Agency in Nashville

Destinations, operators and the properties inside them — press that reaches the traveller planning six months ahead.

Travel media plans further ahead than anyone

Travel is the longest lead-time category in consumer press. Glossy travel monthlies commission four to six months out, seasonal roundups are locked before the season starts, and the trade titles reaching agents and operators work to a calendar of their own again.

A destination or property that starts three weeks before it wants coverage has already missed most of what was available. The first thing we do is map your dates against those windows and say what is still open.

Where we work in travel

  • Destination and place marketing, including talent attraction and inward investment
  • Hotels, resorts and the food and drink programmes inside them
  • Tour operators, experiences and seasonal campaigns
  • Trade press for agents, planners and operators
  • Visiting journalist programmes, run so they produce something
  • Crisis handling for weather, safety and operational disruption

Destination work is not hotel work

A property sells a stay. A destination sells a decision that is bigger, slower and made by more people — where to visit, where to move, where to put an office. The two share tools and very little else, and our team’s destination marketing and talent attraction work has won awards.

Where the property itself is the story, that sits on hospitality PR.

Press trips that earn their cost

A press trip with no commissions attached is a holiday somebody paid for. We confirm interest, and where we can the commission, before anyone books a flight, and we brief the property so the visit produces what the journalist actually needs.

Where are you sending people, and when?

Tell us the destination or the property and the season you are working towards. We will tell you which windows are still open.
